Yes. NorCal Senior Advisors does not charge seniors or families for the initial placement consultation.
What is an RCFE?
An RCFE is a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly in California. It can provide non-medical daily living support, meals, medication assistance, supervision, and a safer residential setting for older adults.
What is a board and care home?
A board and care home is usually a smaller residential care setting. Many families consider board homes when a senior may benefit from a quieter environment and closer daily observation.
Do you help with Sacramento County RCFE placement?

No. Families make the final decision. We help narrow options, prepare questions, and support the search so families can make a more confident choice.
Will you share our information with facilities?
With your consent, we may share relevant inquiry details with appropriate RCFE, board and care, assisted living, memory care, or senior care facilities to help evaluate fit and availability.
What should families ask during a facility tour?
Ask about staffing, night supervision, medication support, fall prevention, dementia care, pricing changes, visiting, meals, activities, and what care needs the facility cannot support.
What is the difference between assisted living and board and care?
Assisted living is often larger and may offer more amenities. Board and care homes are usually smaller residential settings. The right fit depends on care level, personality, supervision needs, and budget.
